We are pleased to offer shipping within Switzerland using Swiss Post. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Please note that we do not ship outside of Switzerland at this time.

- Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are already included in the price of the cap, so you won’t need to pay any additional shipping costs at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Damages
We take great care in packaging your order; however, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or is lost by the carrier, please contact us at contact@airytailcap.ch so we can assist you in filing a claim with Swiss Post.
