Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please note that our return policy only covers refunds for damaged or defective caps. Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any requests made after this 30-day period.
We are happy to process returns for broken or damaged caps within 30 days of receipt. If your item is defective, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange. For any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us at contact@airytailcap.ch.
To qualify for a return, your cap must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Partial refunds may be offered in the following cases:
- Items that are returned in a damaged condition not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Shipping
To initiate a return, send an email to contact@airytailcap.ch with your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified period.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@airytailcap.ch.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@airytailcap.ch.
